Seller sent scratched switch that had been opened. I called and he overnighted me a replacement. Couldn't have asked for better service. One thing to note though is that the switch was for a foreign market with the proper power cable taped to the box. Supposedly still covered by warranty. I have always been leary of Grey market items and probably wouldn't have ordered this if I had known. Worked out well in the end though. Saved about $70 on a $400 switch.

Rating + 2 They were quick to deliver, but the goods were damaged upon arrival and did not work properly

While it is hard to assign blame with certainty as there is a whole chain of custody, the APC Smart-UPS X 1500 I ordered arrived damaged. While the outer carton looked to be in reasonable shape and the outside case of the Smart-UPS X 1500 looked alright, I could clearly see through the vent holes that the internal heat sinks were bent and even the USB connector on back was bent in a manner where it looked like it almost tore free from the board. The unit displayed an error message when turned on. This unit obviously experienced extreme G's at some point in the chain of custody before arriving and I assume this is why the unit was broken. I am doing the RMA with APC and the replacement unit received looks fine, everything is straight, and it runs fine.

While I am happy APC was very prompt in sending me a replacement unit, I think it is important to point out when merchandise, especially merchandise this expensive is this badly mishandled. I mean it takes a lot of force to bend heatsinks and what looks to be a board mounted USB port like what I saw. With this amount of obvious internal damage I am surprised the unit turned on at all.

Rating + 1 don't buy SonicWALLs from these guys

Bought a SonicWALL 01-SSC-0217 SOHO from this seller and upon trying to register it I was told that the device I purchased had been black-listed by SonicWALL as it "had been sold to a foreign entity that was not authorized to sell into the USA." Talked with SonicWALL support and they removed the block, and then installed a fresh firmware file direct from the SonicWALL support site just to make sure everything is clean... but I won't be buying from these guys again. Shady.

Item came was unable to register with sonicwall. Had to contact greymarket at sonicwall. After multiple phone calls they finally removed the block and added it for me. I would avoid this seller. Really the whole newegg marketplace is bringing this site down hill.

These items were purchased with 1 year TotalSecure. When we attempt to register either of the two that we ordered, we receive a grey market warning. When we reached out to Grey Market Prevention, we are told that the unit we are attempting to register has been sold to a foreign entity that was not authorized to sell into the USA. Unacceptable.

    Returns are only accepted 30 days from the date of shipment.
    RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) are good for 15 days from the date of issue. After that anything received in our warehouse will be refused. If you are still within the 30 day ship window you can request another RMA, if not the item is no longer returnable.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
