Rating + 5 Excellent customer service

I received the two 1 GB sticks of RAM inside of a bubble wrapped envelope and they were then individually wrapped in static shielded bags. It was exactly what I asked for but it was not the correct RAM. Crucial listed two types of RAM for my Dell Dimension, 400 and 333 MHz. The RAM inside the Dimension was clearly labeled 400 MHz. Very misleading. Ultimately I checked the RAM listing in BIOS and it was in fact 333 MHz.

I explained this situation to SaveMart and they gave me an RMA within 24 hours, along with a full refund and a $5 reimbursement for the return shipping. Done deal. Hassle free.

I will definitely make purchases from SaveMart in the future.

Rating + 1 No urgency on their part to make things right

Ordered a Bluetooth mouse from them. Says it was delivered to my place of work on Saturday. There was nothing in the mailbox when I showed up to work Monday. Contacted them on Tuesday and told that it had been delivered. No problem, I will just get American Express to reverse the charges. I will NEVER order from the marketplace again!

Rating + 4 Power Supply

After purchasing this product I found the cables were too short comfortably reach the motherboard. I moved some cards around and then found it would not power the board. I contacted the vendor and they offered an RMA. Since it arrived in a flat rate envelope I figured I would send it back fairly cheaply but was stumped as to how they got it in the thing and decided to write it off. However, after not sending it back alternate arrangements were offered and I now at least have an invoice reflecting the refund. I am boosting the review from poor to satisfied based on their integrity in this matter.

Invalid tracking number, communications in broken English, obviously forged positive reviews here. I suppose I should be happy I only lost $35.

Rating + 1 BEWARE Arrived damaged, destroyed motherbaord

Bought four stick of ddr2, 2gb each 8gb total. Parts arrived damaged and with stains/ water spots. Installed into motherboard and unit will not work anymore. Didn't notice damage to sticks until after motherboard wouldn't boot even once. Put old memory back in motherboard and it still won't boot.
