Rating + 2 first off the hdd did not function as it should have (would accept the win 7 pro install to proprly happen .... the computer guy also said that the when the dvd rom read install for win 7 wont instal

My first drive arrived DOA. It's not Goharddrive's fault, sometime tech just goes bad. anyhow, they sent a replacement drive immediately. Very professional. I give them 5 stars for excellent customer service and communication. I will buy from Goharddrive again. thanks.

Despite there being no mention of "used" or "refurbished" on either the Newegg listing, I received obviously used drives in sealed aftermarket anti-static bags. I'll give back an egg for them testing out OK, but these drives really ought to have been on a refurb listing.

Seller was fast. accepted payment. The Hard drive I got works and was packed very strongly in 2 layers of bubble wrap. All I had to do was format the drive Manually thanks to Windows 10.

After multiple transactions I feel comfortable using goHardDrive EVEN if theirs is not the lowest price. Fast processing, quality packing and rapid shipping are the norm. When an item arrived DOA, goHardDrive went out of their way to make it right. They have demonstrated integrity at every turn; out performing whatever they have committed to doing.

Return Instruction
