Rating + 5 Good service, got my phone next day.

Driven Wireless was great, ordered next day service and they processed my order ASAP, I got it the following business day. I called to check on my order because I had a question about something in the email they answered my call quickly and answered my question.

The item itself was as promised, "A" stock with no condition issues, legitmately unlocked and easy both to upgrade and restore from backup. BUT - I am giving only 3 stars overal because shipping was an issue - expedited shipping did not happen, a two day expected delivery took 8 days and it required a series of emails to straighten out the situation and another to be refunded for the "expedited" fee. (All the email exchanges were very polite.) If you are in an emergency situation and will be without a phone until you get a replacement you may not want to try to guess whether it was the Post Office or the vendor who was at fault.

I want my order after i order it, not 6 months later. Hard for most people to understand I guess. But I'm not most people. I like to buy things and then receive them.

I do not usually write these reviews unless I am "wow-ed." Excellent response time from the seller. Within an hour from when I placed my order, I received a tracking number. I used the free 5-7 day shipping and to my surprise, my package arrived at my door within a day.

One additional note - I contacted the seller when I made the purchase to make sure I would receive the charger within 5 days (I was headed out of town). He assured me that if I did not recieve it within the first 2-3 days, he would overnight me another one to make sure I was set.

Device was exactly what I ordered, factory sealed and exceeded expectations. I will go out of my way to order from them again. Really appreciate the seller going out of his way to make sure the customer was satisfied.

Rating + 1 Misrepresented as "updated"

Obsolete useless ipod no longer supported. Great price but worthless item. Newegg passed the buck and I needed to stop payment. Use an honest vendor with a proper return policy
Seller Response:You purchased a Generation 1 iPod touch! It is not our fault Apple does not support this product in a manner you requested. Also, we are a very honest Vendor with a proper return policy. We have responded to your messages, TWICE, and you have NEVER responded or contacted us since. How is this a reflection on how we do business? We would have been glad to help you had you given us an opportunity to!

    Reliant Cellular offers a 30 day Worry Free return policy on any defective merchandise. Returns will be accepted on any merchandise returned in same condition as sold. No broken, or customer damaged merchandise returns will be accepted.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
