Products from this Newegg Marketplace vendor have been good, but shipping can take weeks as products are shipped directly from Asia.

The item I ordered came as described and in a reasonable amount of time.

I contacted the seller about an issue regarding my order and they asked if it was OK to ship a replacement which I was fine with. Seller was very responsive and quick to come to a resolution regarding the issue I had with my order. If they follow through I will update and bump up an egg.

Rating + 2 Item shipped does not match the item on the page.

Ordered the part for a customer, needed something cheap and this looked ideal. The driver disc that came with it only has drivers up to Vista, which didn't work in Windows 7. The link on the store page has drivers for a
usb device according to the .inf file. When I contacted them they offered to immediately test and ship a new device. They shipped it but I doubt it was tested, at least not on Windows 7 because I tested both devices on 3 machines and was never able to get it functioning. 2 eggs for prompt reply and friendliness.

Rating + 5 Top Notch Customer Service

Item did not work as expected but the G.M. Five contacted me to find out if I was satisfied. When I told them I had issues they worked with me to work them out. In the end the unit didn't work but they gave me a full refund even after the 30 return policy. Electronics do fail but their customer service was the best!

The seller shipped off my item to Texas, when I live in Oregon. Not very happy about that. I noticed this morning, sent off an email, and at this point have not been contacted yet. They get a one egg rating until the issue has been fixed.

All the products are sealed, we can't test them one by one .All of our products are from our suppliers, we don't hope item doesn't work,IN our transaction somethings it's hard to avoid problem.We are actively to deal with.you received the refunded money and give us bad review.I just want say you not a good customer.

Although the product I bought was marginal at best (so too was the cost), the service I received was exceptional. G.M. Five refunded me the cost of a defective sd card. In short have no qualms about the seller, only the products sold.

Excellent seller, they shipped the items right away and they arrived extremely quickly, especially given that they were coming from China. They packed the keyboard and mouse very well and there was no damage whatsoever. Customer service is fantastic, they are very friendly and very responsive. I would highly recommend this seller and would gladly purchase products from them in the future.
