Rating + 1 Charged Card, created label, never shipped

This company wasted three weeks of my time. If this company doesn't have the product, just say so. They charged my card, created a shipping label, and had a delivery date. After the delivery date, passed they didn't respond to my messages. Nearly a week after the delivery date, Newegg customer service helped me out.

I bought a refurbished destiny bundle ps4 and the box isn't destiny and its really old box. I recommend you not to buy on this seller. And the console has some dents

Bought a refurbished PS4 Destiny bundle, and when it arrived, it was in a box that was falling apart. Also, there was no Destiny game, only an empty case. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a response from the seller and nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. EVER.

The seller does not respond at all. I made multiple requests to cancel an order and then return it and have given them over a week. Still no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Rating + 1 Incredibly slow shipping and poor communication

I purchased this iPad as a gift for my girlfriend a week and a half before her birthday. I chose expedited 3-5 day shipping figuring that would give me plenty of time to receive the package. The FedEx shipping label was created within a day and I received my tracking #, but over the next week the package had not left the facility. I finally contacted this seller and was informed that they were still processing an order of iPads they got in (a week later). Once it was 3 days before the mentioned birthday I emailed them again asking to cancel the order so that I could purchase the iPad locally. 5 hours after I sent the cancellation email the iPad conveniently shipped out. It took another week to reach me and I had no gift to give my girlfriend on her actual birthday. Overall I am very dissatisfied with how this seller did not even attempt to contact me to alert me to the shipping delay and then failed to honor my cancellation request before shipping out the package over a week late.

this evil seller,he will give you old item if you buy brand new one,and he will not give you a return label,you will need to return by yourself.
i buy a brand new one xbox but he give me a old one.he agree me to return, but he don't want to give me a return label.
I went to usps found I need 50$ to return. then I ask seller several times, he always say he will give me return label but never give me and just lie that he will send.

Ordered my item and it took 7 days to ship. I paid for expedited service and the item was in stock the whole time. After two attempts to get a shipping notification I finally got an email back saying it would ship the next day. The next day came and went and no movement on my shipping. Rep told me it did ship out that day, check my tracking 1 hour later and it was finally picked up by FedEx, so no it didn't ship out that day.

I love NewEgg, I think everyone loves the expectation that when you order something direct from them, they most of the time can ship it out that day for you, or at the latest the next day. Why NewEgg is in a partnership with a company of this caliber is beyond me.

I'm only ordering goods direct from newegg going forward. In this industry you only get 1 shot to dazzle your customer and unfortunatly I will not be ordering from them again. If you follow some of these reviews, and google them you'll see what I'm talking about, and I should've saw the signs.

Rating + 5 Purchased iPad Mini

Purchased in gray but was sent white instead. Normally I might be upset but it was Christmas so I was thankful they sent something instead of nothing at all and to be fair, I was not easily reachable at the time so I missed the call.
As for device, it works great and can't complain at all. I am happy with purchase.

RMA instructions
