Rating + 5 Customer Service is Everything

I purchased a Toshiba Satellite Click 2 in 1 (10.1") from them. The shipping was faster than expected, so that means they processed my order and got the item shipped in a very efficient manner. Unfortunately, the device didn't work well, no fault of the seller at all. I requested a refund, and they were quick to respond via email and phone to honor my request. I spoke with Chris who answered all of my questions and ensured a step by step process for the return. It's safe to say I'll purchase from them again.

Rating + 1 Wrong item and FAKE item.

First off, I ordered a white Samsung wireless fast-charging pad. What I received was a black Samsung non-fast-charging pad, and on top of that, it was obviously counterfeit. The printer ink on the box did not correctly align, the quality of not only the charger but the box was very poor quality. I provided pictures to Newegg, they immediately began the return/refund process. I got my money back, but this item was blatantly fake.

Ordered three of the white version Samsung wireless chargers. I received three black ones. Not a big deal, but when I communicated to find out what happened. They noted their last shipment of the white version had been damaged and all they had were black in stock. Knocked down two eggs because no one contacted me before shipment to see if the alternate charger would be fine so I knew what was going on. Other than that the chargers work as advertised and I am pleased with them.

The wireless pad did NOT include the cord or plug for the wall....misleading. Also, the item ordered indicated it was white; it showed up black.

I ordered 1 WHITE charging pad, site said it was in stock but it didn't ship for 7 days after my card was charged, and... I received a BLACK charging pad!!!

This item was well priced and it is performing as we had hoped. We had not used any wireless chargers before and weren't sure what to expect. The charge is not as fast as a direct plug in, but if used consistently or for a long time it charges just fine.

Rating + 1 Product not as described, possibly fake

The product was described as a Samsung Wireless Charger - White, but I got a black charger. In addition to that, the packaging seemed off, like it was possibly a fake. I compared this charger to another charger with the same model number that I had gotten directly from Samsung, and there are quite a few differences. The first thing that seems suspect is that the label on the bottom of this charger seems *much* simpler, with less text about certifications, etc. The printing on the label is also of lower quality. The QR code is fuzzy, and the letters in the text is sometimes not printed completely. Finally I've noticed my Galaxy S5 getting hot while charging on this pad, which doesn't seem to happy when I charge using the wireless charger I got from Samsung. I had this happen with a generic charger on my Nexus 5 which I suspect caused the battery on the Nexus 5 to eventually go bad. I am going to stop using this charger.

Ordered 2 white Samsung charging pads, received black. Called them , they say they do not have white.
Why advertise if you don't have it in stock?
Very disappointed.

    Returns for Sealed & Unused Merchandise is allowed within 30 days of shipping the item to customer. Please email us at to request an RMA number (a Return Merchandise Authorization). Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
