On the website item does not said refurbished or open boxes,when I receive its used and two tablets the chargers is black the tablets is white with no serial number on and no manual + came without original boxes.

Rating + 1 Seller Uses False Advertising, Would Not Reimburse for Return

I was interested in buying a tablet, and I thought I could get a good deal on an older tablet. I found one with all the features I wanted being sold on Newegg by Always.Deals.

The tablet was marked as new, but was most definitely used - the stylus was damaged, and it did not come in new packaging as indicated. The bundled keyboard was not for the tablet listed. What's worse, because this is a marketplace seller, Newegg would not let me return the item without the seller's approval. I waited four days, and received no response until I complained to Newegg customer service. I then received my one and only email, giving me a return code. They ignored my request to pay for the return. I sent numerous emails, as did Newegg customer service, and I never received another response. Eventually almost a month of waiting, Newegg finally gave me a partial reimbursement for the return.

I am very disappointed that after almost a month of complaints to Newegg, the tablet is still being sold through Newegg. There is now another customer who has had the exact same experience. I am very disappointed in Newegg that the product remains available for sale, and that it is still not listed as used. I've been shopping with Newegg for almost ten years, and because of the awful experience, I will not use Newegg marketplace again.

Rating + 2 Misleading Information / Wrong Product

I purchased a ZenWatch 2 as it clearly is stated in the description, in several parts of that description....but they sent me a ZenWatch 1 !

That is totally wrong. That is misleading advertisement.

Although they offered me a refund, after I had sent it back, i refused because I lost one of the packages it came in.

I paid for a product and received something totally different due to a wrong description.

Not Happy.

Rating + 3 Not what the picture showed

The picture showed that the Braun series 5 was supposed to come with a clean and charge stand. It only came with the shaver. I feel that was a bit misleading. The packaging didn't match at all what was shown and had a white sticker over part of it.

Rating + 5 Seller went above and beyond to correct issue

When I purchased a printer from this vendor, it didn't come with ink. Most advertisements I had seen within the marketplace stated "No Ink" if the printer didn't come with ink. The vendor immediately responded to my complaint and sent me new ink cartridges at no charge, no questions asked. I appreciate their quick resolution!

Rating + 5 Customer Service is Everything

I purchased a Toshiba Satellite Click 2 in 1 (10.1") from them. The shipping was faster than expected, so that means they processed my order and got the item shipped in a very efficient manner. Unfortunately, the device didn't work well, no fault of the seller at all. I requested a refund, and they were quick to respond via email and phone to honor my request. I spoke with Chris who answered all of my questions and ensured a step by step process for the return. It's safe to say I'll purchase from them again.

Return Instruction
