Rating + 2 Really wish they were more clear on order time

Pay attention to they shipping days! i'm amazed newegg allows sellers on here that take almost a full MONTH to get your stuff. 20 days later, still waiting.... i wish i would have saw the time, i would have just spent a few more bucks to get my product in a reasonable amount of time. O ya, and FORGET about tracking IDs. They don't integrate on the site and just have a permanent status of "shipped". Can't review the product just yet for obvious reasons.

Rating + 4 Slow Shipping, but I recieved my Order.

Unlike many of the other reviews of this seller, i actually recieved my item. Shipping wasn't all that slow or all that fast, around 5 Business Days. (Which isn't bad for international) Again, many of the other reviews state that they never recieved their order. Believe them if you want, but I promptly recieved my new SSD in great condition. (Also got it for a good deal!). Although I was skeptical at first because of the other reviews, I can now say that i am satisfied with Ephone.

I have yet to receive my order. Cannot track it at all.
The last tracking information says "ACCEPTED" China on March 7, 2015. Ephone said it was shipped on March 4, 2015. I would really like to know where my order is! Will expect full credit if not received before this week is out.

Rating + 4 I Want to remove my previous reviews

I previously posted two reviews, based on the fact that I had not received my product within the 15 day promise. I also was never able to track the package using the tracking number. I did receive the product. The holidays probably delayed the shipping. The seller tried to send the hyperlink for me to track the website, but the hyperlink was automatically removed from the email. The seller tracked the product and sent me an update, however, I did not initially believe the seller. I thought that I had been cheated. For that I apologize. If I could remove my two previous negative reviews, I would.

Fooled Me Once

Rating + 1 Warning: Product Never Delivered

I purchased from Ephone on December 13, 2014. It is January 6, 2015, and I have not received my product. Ephone sent an email with a tracking number, but with no indication of where or how to track the package. When I asked how do I track the package, Ephone claimed that they checked and the package is in my town. Two days have passed since Ephone claimed that the package is in my town, and I still have not received it. DO NOT BUY FROM EPHONE! All of the reviewers state that they never received their package from Ephone. Read the other reviews. Every reviewer states the same thing.

Still Waiting...

Similar to all the other reviewers, I have not received my product. The order was placed on December 13, 2014. As of January 1, 2014 I have not receive my order. I received a tracking number with no instructions on how to track the order. Therefore, I have been unable to track my order. I suspect fraud.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:

    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
