Rating + 1 Item never arrived, seller never responded to emails

I contacted Newegg about a month after I first ordered 2 computer mice from this seller. Shipping information was never provided, and the seller never responded to my requests for updates. I asked Newegg to make it right, and they showed a few signs of trying (CC'd me on an email they sent to the seller). However, it took an additional 6 weeks before I got tired of waiting and asked for my money back from Newegg, which happened promptly after I requested it. Props to Newegg, but ordering from this seller is NOT to be recommended.

Rating + 1 Sooo many problems, not sure where to start.

First issue - I ordered a phone case from who I thought was Newegg but was unfortunatly this company.

Second issue - I ordered it a month ago and it has yet to show up on my doorstep.

Third issue - I was charged and sent a tracking number a week after my order. I have continually been trying to track it and it has never shown a location.

Fourth issue - I have also tried to contact Newegg as well as this seller to ask about where the case is but neither has responded! It's been a month! I've ordered with Newegg before but don't think I will again. I cant trust their sellers or them.

Bottom line; no customer service from either company, no seller verification on Newegg's part, no communication, and from what I'm gathering....if I do get it, it will be a knock off.

The item that they sold me is almost definitely not an actual Lifeproof case, considering that cases are supposed to come with a leak tester and it doesn't fit the phone perfectly.

Rating + 1 They Stole My Money

I ordered the Steelseries V2 headset. I'm a grown up, so I didn't want any of the bright colors or flashing lights, so I ordered the black and gold version.

The most notable issue is that my item took a literal 4 weeks to arrive. Fine, it's a "First From Asia" product, with little to no shipping cost... so you have to expect someone is loading it onto a dingy and paddling it over... but a month!? Sheesh.

My biggest complaint however... Is that I never received the item I ordered. I ordered a Black and Gold headset... what I received was a Blue and White headset. So the way I look at it... "Thanks for sending me a free item I didn't ask for... But, on another note, when will I receive the item I paid for?" I can't imagine your company is so disrespectful to the customer. that you would send them a random item in place of what they ordered, counting on their unwillingness to suffer the 6-8 weeks it would take to return and reorder the item?

Well, apparently, this company IS.

: When I bought it I thought I bought from Newegg, but I can accept companies that are honest affiliates. But TOPJ sent me (finally) a box from Another company., After looking at their price for this item, well it's a cheap education. I've now read the reviews about this company and I have to wonder, do they do anything but order from others what you wanted

Bought a pair of JVC headphones and they are completely fake. I had the same pair years ago and they sounded great and lasted for years. The ones I bought from here sounded horrible and broke in one day. DO NOT buy anything from this seller.
