Units shipped in ok amount of time, are functional, and came with ac adapter. They are not manufacturer refurbished. These are used scratch and dent. Would not buy if you want them to look almost new/manufacturer refurbished.

jemjem is a good apple reseller company, bought two of these apple imac 20" computer at a great price, they works great, looks very clean, it's hard to tell that they're 207 computers..... did I mentioned fast shipping I recommend them

they sent us a PC that did not have the proper Windows Product Key. Only found this out after the activation trial period ended, and the activation message started popping up. Looked on the PC for the product key, and it did NOT exist. only the old invalid product key. Beware, as this seller has turned me into a windows pirate through no fault of my own.

I was looking for a small desk unit, I decided on a Coretek computer thru Newegg, on the basis of positive reviews. After receiving the unit I myself was very impress, I would not hesitate to perches from Cortetek Computers again. I always had excellent service and shipping from Newegg

Overall the system was good, the problem was that for a refurbished system the outside of the care was very dirty and scratched up.

I work on computers and restore and refurbish them. This system was purchased for a trade client wanted to do. They had new system that Windows XP wouldn't work on and wanted me to find them one that would work and I choose this one.

I spent a week on cleaning all the gunk off this system and repainting it, but not the outside of this case looks good.

My suggestion...if you are going to refurbish a system, clean it and make it look good.

I purchased a refurbished iMac a few weeks ago that had some dead pixels. I never contacted the company because I didn't think sending it back would be feasible, but instead that contacted me after my rating review. (Talk about great customer support!) They offered to replace the existing unit by shipping a new one to me with a return label for my current one with shipping already taken care of. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected, and I'm pleasantly surprised. I will definitely to do business with them in the future.

My pc came with a keyboard doa and they responded to my email within 24 hours and sent a replacement keyboard the same day, allowing me to send the bad keyboard back in the new keyboards shipping box. I love to do business with Coretek Computers in the future.

RMA Policy
    If we shipped and sold your item, then you can return those items to us within (30) days of the ship date. This policy does not apply if a different return policy is stated on the item's listing information.

    To return an item to us, you will only need the following:
    •A valid issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) from us;
    •The original manufacturer’s box with the UPC still intact; and
    •All accessories, manuals, and materials provided with the original item

    If your item qualifies for a free, pre-paid shipping label, then the label and return instructions will be sent to you via email. Please print your free pre-paid shipping label as soon as possible, as this link will only be active for 10 days. Once you print it out, then please tape it to the box and bring it to the carrier listed on your label. The typical carriers we use for returns are UPS, As long as you give it to the carrier assigned to that RMA your item will be returned to us with no questions asked.

    If you did not qualify for a prepaid shipping label, then you may use any carrier you like to return the item to us. Please write the returns center address on the outside of the shipping box, along with the RMA number. Please do not write the RMA number on the manufacturer’s box as this may affect your return. Additionally, please send us the appropriate tracking information so we are able to verify that the item has been delivered to our returns center.

    In either case, your return does not have to be back in our warehouse within 30 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper within 30 days. Once given to the carrier, the carrier has up to 14 days to return the item to us. We encourage you to get tracking and insurance so you can assure your return is received and processed without issue.

    If we determine that you are ineligible for an RMA, then please contact the manufacturer to see if they may assist you under the terms of their warranty.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
