I tried canceling the order prior to shipping, but they are not picking up the phone or responding to emails and Newegg messages.
I try returning to no avail, they dont pick up th phone for me and not responding to emails. Busy with them for the past few days to no response. Not recommended
Seller Response:We make our best effort to ship within 24hrs of payment received. This customers item was shipped before we could respond to the message requesting we cancel the sales as he wished to purchase elsewhere. We make all attempts to respond to any customer inquiries be it by phone or email within 24-36 hours. ThisAn RMA was immediately issued so that the item can be returned for a refund.

Had to order this phone in addition to another one because the RMA process took so long to resolve for a defective phone. Would not use this merchant again. MobileKarma F-
Seller Response:Our apologies for your disappointment, we provided the information and return label within 24 hours of contact but customer was unable to print his label. The label was again sent and still customer was unable to retreive and alternate address was asked for a no response was received. We are more than happy to provide a return if the customer would like to try a different means of returning the item for a refund.
