Standard Return Policy
Skin decal stickers - All Skin decal stickers must be in their original condition, never used or applied. All returns are subject to inspection. If the product has been removed, FULLY OR PARTIALLY, from the backing paper only a partial refund will be approved. NO exchange or return authorization will be issued after 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping and Handling WILL NOT be refunded or reimbursed.
Handbags or evening bags - Handbags and evening bags must be in the original packaging and never worn and used. NO exchange or return authorization is valid after 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping and Handling WILL NOT be refunded or reimbursed.
Cell phone accessories - All OEM original products of cell phone accessories are to be handled by their respective manufacturers. You can find their web address on the backs of their packaging.
Other products - All other products are covered by 30 days warranty from the original date of purchase. If the product becomes defective at any time within 30 days after your original purchase date, we will issue a refund or replacement product at our discretion.
If any package has been refused or canceled after the package has left our facility, the original and return shipping & handling charge WILL NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or undeliverable address, we reserve the right to either reship the package or to issue a refund for the item price only (minus any Post Office, UPS, FedEx, DHL return fees). In no case will the original shipping and handling be refunded.
Any package that is returned and marked "Refused" or "Return to Sender" and causes us to incur an additional cost from the Post Office, UPS, FedEx, DHL will have that cost withheld from any product refund we may issue.
Failure to include our RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) on the return package may result in the package being refused, and you being charged for shipping both ways and the return may not be processed. Shipping and Handling WILL NOT be refunded or reimbursed.
We assume that most items you use will receive some wear-and-tear. Any item which has received noticeably more than average wear-and-tear will be exempt from all warranty and refund agreements. This includes, but is not limited to: heat damage, water damage, intentional tampering, extreme physical damage (i.e., an internal battery with gouges in its case) and recurring returns or exchanges.
We reserve the right to determine whether or not any refund / replacement product(s) has violated the Acceptable Use Policy. Any refunded or replacement product(s) which violate this policy are no longer eligible for our warranty, or 30 day money-back guarantee (Less shipping & handling). Items which we feel have violated this policy will either be held, or re-shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
