I ordered an adaptor a month and a half ago. After waiting 2 weeks for the seller to process my payment, the tracking number for my shipment was not valid. I then spent 2 weeks trying to get hold of the seller to confirm that it shipped. Finally, after telling the seller in clear terms that I would have to cancel my payment if shipment verification was not received, I was given the option to either have the seller ship the part again, or receive a refund. I asked for the part to be shipped a second time, but according to my transaction history, I received a refund instead. Don't order from this seller unless time is really on your side.

I recently purchase to cables and needed to return them. I was unable to return them. Your return procedures are complicated and very unhelpful. I have purchased several times from you but I'll switch my business to other sites.

Rating + 3 A long time in coming

I love the item. Works great, looks great, great price. I ordered it on 1/22/15 and got it today, 2/17/15, kind of a long time. Emailed the seller twice, got no reply. I don't mind waiting, I just had no idea what was going on or where the item was. No tracking number, no nothing until it showed up.

First message was answered declining to send instructions because "because the fee will be great expensive". Has failed to answer all other messages. Item purchased does not work. No help provided. No website. Recommend not dealing with this supplier.

Rating + 1 Bad communication

Will not respond on their slow shipping process. Ordered an Item on March 23rd, it's now almost April 1st and I haven't received anything. And on top of it the tracking number they supplied is saying the item is still in China. Next time I order anything and it says nitefire shipping, I am canceling the order immediately. Where is this being shipped from a person's garage?
