This seller seems to be on the ball, my shipping said 8-15 days but the package arrived in a week, that's great considering where it was coming from and the shipping was free, plus the package and contents were in pristine condition. Too bad the product didn't operate as expected.

Drop Them fast, no quality control and double talk email from them. Personally I really don't think there is a Plus version of product. Be careful of using China dropship. What a waste of time for Newegg and me because of them.

Rating + 5 Perfect transaction

The item arrived within 8 days of order being placed. The prices was better than ^mazon for same item. I normally would NOT be comfortable ordering direct from china but because vendor was operating within the newegg umbrella I was comfortable placing the order. I feel I got the item I wanted, at a great price and in a timely manner. As for rating the item itself, I have been using it for only a few hours, it is as advertised, working as expected.

This rating is for the seller not the product. Received the product very quickly and tried everything but would not work with my vizio 54" tv. On a whim tried it on a friends samsung 42 inch and it booted right into setup. So the issue may have been my tv.The seller was very helpful and emailed me back quickly with things to try but sadly I could never get my tv to recognize it and had to return it. I would definately do business with this seller again. Plus, having Newegg stand behind my purchase has given me confidence to buy from vendors I normally would be too cautious to try.

Ordered product on 2/4/2014 and might receive it 2/19/2014. Lesson learned... go to Best Buy or Wal Mart for simple things like this.

RMA Policy
    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
    • Product purchased from our Newegg Marketplace store ONLY
    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.

    5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. We will refund back to your method of payment.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
