I would not recommend this seller to ANYONE.
Purchased 2 batteries that were suppose to be NEW and even emailed them to confirm they should be. I was assured they were. I rec'd the batteries and it was clear they were NOT new. Battery contacts were all scratched and worn. Very obvious. Email them about the problem and told them I just wanted a refund. They told me to return the batteries to them and they would refund. Well, I returned them the batteries, but rec'd NO REFUND ! I gave them plenty of time to process and even emailed them urging them to please process my credit. NOTHING !

Please stay away and learn from my BAD experience.

No. The link on the website indicates you are purchasing new (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2YP0YW0116) but these batteries are not new. Two of the three barely
has a charge. Only one of he batteries would even turn the phone on.

Rating + 1 Worst ever

This has been the worst experience ever. I have not received my product in over a month. Also have not received my refund I have requested. I will re think any purchases from market place. Worst customer service ever.

We ordered some phone charges from them. They marked the status as shipped on newegg, but then more than a month later, we got an email from them saying that the chargers we ordered were out of stock and offered us another model charger. The chargers we got seem to work fine, but it took over a month and a half for us to get them.
If they had told us they were out of stock from the start, it wouldn't be a problem, but they said the parts shipped and then waited a month to tell us that they were not only not shipped, but that they didn't even have what we ordered.

Rating + 2 Inventory practice

Look, its one thing to run out of an item, (namely the battery I needed) but to still have the ad posted when you know you are out is either slow, lax, or laziness. Granted they were on top of refunding me but the situation here is that I need this battery sooner than later and it bugs when I have to deal with a loss of days and having to source and submit an order elsewhere. What makes me very unhappy with this seller is I seen the ad for this battery two weeks after my refund and the ad says the battery was available when I was told it wasn't. I would have rated higher had they amended the ad or removed it.

After weeks of waiting for this item after I received an email stating it was "shipped", I was then told "sorry this item is out of stock." I have requested a refund form both Newegg and the seller and 2 times noone has contacted me. Today again I contacted Newegg and the rep said the seller hadnt read my email requesting a refund? Really a week later??
