Rating + 1 I was ripped off-do not use this seller

Item did not fit in monitor despite the fact that ad explicitly listed our monitor as fitting. Tried to return, and there is a restocking fee. Ordered the item expedited 3-5 day shipping and paid extra money for this almost more than the item. And it came nearly two weeks later!!! No refund on that of course. Would never ever use this seller or buy this item. Ripped off.

I was satisfied with the item I purchased. Immediately after I placed my order, we realized we actually need two. I contacted the seller via "Chat" and requested to have the order duplicated. I was told it was to late, my credit card has already been charged, no changes can be made. I paid for expedited service for both orders.. It seems weird how I can not add items to my order, but Newegg can ship both items in the same box. Then why the double expedited shipping. Very unsatisfied.

Rating + 5 Just what I would expect from a Newegg seller

I ordered a 4A charger and a 3A charger. I received both at the same time but one of the chargers was only 2.5A. I didn't notice this until days later (maybe a couple weeks later). I contacted the seller and received a response that I could either get a replacement shipped out to me or a refund. I was to busy to respond right away so they sent me a replacement instead so as to not delay me any further. When I did finally respond that I wanted a refund, they informed me that they had already shipped out a new one and if I wanted a refund to just refuse delivery (write return to sender on the package) and they would issue the refund as soon as they receive it. Very pleasant people to deal with, extremely fast shipping times and definitely has the customer in mind when things go wrong. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you OMNIHIL!

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
