I ordered two items from NewEgg on the order basket.
The NewEgg item came as expected - above avg service and shipping.

The item from onecall was shipped late and arrived late. No apparent concern for the customer.

I will hesitate to buy split shipper items in the future.

I ordered a receiver that ended up being defective (one of the internal amps quit working). OneCall support was fantastic. They responded promptly and courteously to my requests for refund (that model was no longer in stock and therefor could not be replaced; discount towards another product was offered). I had my RMA, shipping label, and full refund all in less than two weeks. Excellent experience despite a defective product thanks to the superior customer service - would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Rating + 5 Quick, fantastic, no drama

Excellent product selection, customer service (I had to return an item and there was no hassle and they were very quick to respond), shipped same day (if possible/practical), and located on the west coast, making FedEx ground shipping quicker for me.

They ship quicker than Newegg and they exceed their customer service, in my opinion. I would not hesitate to do business with them again (I would also buy from them over any other vendor on Newegg, including Newegg).

I ordered a large LED tv from this company. It was a smooth process and they take the time to make sure your tv is well protected. It was bound to a custom sized pallet and had shock indicators on the package in case anything bumps it or it is dropped to hard.

My only issue was the freight company that transported it. It seemed to take forever. They missed their ETA by a week. Tv was in delivery distance early AM hours on a Friday, but did not arrive until the next Tuesday (basically a bit over two weeks after ordering).

One Call on the other hand was very helpful, they just need to work with a better freight forwarder.
