Standard Return Policy
You can return the purchased items within this time period for an exchange or full refund (less shipping charges) subject to Return Conditions. Items must be returned in NEW (unopened, unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all the original contents included. There is no restocking fee for returns of items meeting the above mentioned conditions providing they are returned within the Holiday Extended time period and they do not fall into Return Policy Exceptions category. Please be advised that we do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% under certain circumstances. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value, and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
