WORST experience I have ever had with this purchase. I made two mistakes, 1. I did not read the reviews of this vender 2. Buying from a secondary vender that was not directly through Newegg. I order this Otterbox for my new iPad, recieved it and the box had been evidently been previously opened and the protective cover was not in the box and it was the wrong box-- it fit the original iPad. I accept part of the blame for this for not researching first. I tried numerous times to contact OrionGadgets and left messages. Not until I got Newegg involved was I able to make contact. The guy was rude and all he wanted to do was to tell me was what I had done wrong!!!! Well sir, what I did wrong was buy from you,. Newegg sent me an RMA number and an address to return the item. I paid for the shipping and sent it priorty mail only to have the thing returned to me! I have accepted the fact that I will have to take the loss on the chin. But not without warning you.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDER.

Shipping was 5 Days,not too shabby. tracking number is absolutely worthless as you can't track it (what looked like a USPS number, though USPS never gets a record). Item is solid made and for the price a good deal. that freebie gadget that came with it, is just a gimmick.Would have given 5 eggs if shipping could be tracked.

The first cell phone car charger I received from them didn't work. I emailed them about a refund and they responded the same day, letting me know that they would mail me a new one and I didn't even have to return the defective one. I received a new, working charger about two days later. I was very happy with how quickly they resolved my issue and the product works great. Would definitely recommend them.

Ordering was easy, shipping was very fast. However, the description didn't state whether the holster would fit my Incredible 2 with extended battery. It didn't. Returning the item involved no hassle and I received credit to my account. Paypal option clinched my purchase choice from Newegg.

Product shipped and received without issue. I returned it (for aesthetics) following their return policy. No return confirmation, no credit to my card. I called a couple weeks after the delivery confirmation, gave them the order number, and got, "Oh yeah. We received the return. I'll credit your account." Why do I have to call to get my money back?
