Not much to say. It works, audio is great, no loose connections, and it hasn't broken.

I've bought cables half this length for over $30, there's no discernable difference, other than this one hasn't broken yet. Save yourself the money and a cable like this.

Ordered an item, got something not even close to what I ordered. They do not answer phone calls, and so far have not answered any emails. This is absurd.

I feel cheated and ignored because wrong item received. They shipped me old ancient Samsung cell phone charger. When I contacted Newegg they said they can do nothing and I need to file my dispute with the seller OrionGadgets. OrionGadgets have refused to return my phone calls, RMA requests and customer service inquires. I have been taken advantage of by this company and I WILL NEVER be doing business with again for not doing something about OrionGadgets.

Ordered one small item (Headset) on 4/9. Item did not ship until 4/22. Still hasn't arrived. No estimated delivery date. This was supposed to be 5-7 day shipping. Worst delivery I've ever had with NewEgg

Rating + 5 Good seller to deal with

The first battery arrived today. USPS in WI finally decided to send it on its way. When it seemed to be lost, a call to OrionGadgets was all it took. They sent another battery which I will refuse when it gets here. Don't have tracking so I can't see where it is.

The Logitech headphones I ordered were defective upon receipt. I called the seller to report the problem and a replacement was sent immediately and received in a couple of days later. I was expecting to have to ship the defective item back but I received an email saying that it was not necessary to return the defective item. It was a refreshing experience.

I ordered a replacement battery for my son's cell phone. and I was sent a battery for a completely different phone. I sent 3 emails about the problem and did not receive any response. I will not be using newegg again.

    In this day and age of consumer democracy and competition, every customer has the right to expect the very best. We support this statement. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you purchased from us, simply return it for the item price refund (shipping/handling not included regardless of the shipping offers used during purchase). Just make sure the items are sent back unused, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date the items arrive at your door. Products showing clear signs of wear cannot be resold and therefore should not be returned as we cannot refund them. Exchanges are available and may entail additional shipping costs. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
