Greetings from OttoNavi. We specialize in aftermarket multimedia navigation head unit replacement for many different vehicles - from older cars to newer cars. Our products are intended to provide a second opportunity for customers to purchase the convenience and luxury of a multimedia navigation radio. At many dealerships, this head unit option, will cost anywhere from $2,000 to $3,000. However, we provide you the same option, with upgraded features, for a fraction of the price you may be quoted at a car dealership. Our head units look and fit OEM- just as if you purchased it from the dealer. In addition our head units are equipped with newer technology, faster processers, updated graphics/layout, and detailed GPS NAVIGATION settings. If you had OEM navigation, did you know you can update maps only when there is a new CD available and that those CDs are released every two years? Depending on the particular car and make of device you purchase for, all head units offer but are not limited to BLUETOOTH, DVD, NAVIGATION/GPS, TV (antenna must be purchased separately), SD CARD SLOT, CD DISC CHANGER.

Rating + 2 Defective product, atrocious customer service

The product was delivered on time, but contained a defective attachment critical for installation. Upon professional inspection, it was decided that a replacement part was required. After contacting customer support, I was given a generic response asking for a confirmation email, and after two weeks of waiting I had to call to get any additional information. They claimed to have shipped a replacement part and would email a tracking number, which isn't currently found by USPS. I hope to be able to track the package within 24 hours, but right now nothing is certain.

Rating + 4 Fast and quick

Excellent service, fast, only thing was I didn't get the stylus as shown, but a shorter one that plugs into the earphone jack which I already had... Was looking for something a little bit bigger/longer as the short ones were to difficult to use for my big hands.

Rating + 4 Arrived in 3 days for regular delivery!

My cord arrived 3 days later, i was soo happy! The price for this 6 ft 3.5 mm jack was very cheap and sounds decent ( not great).. I'm assuming it sounds decent being that i'm using the cable from sound card to 5.1 surround but i am pleased as it feels well made. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fair price and quality product.

I ordered an item off newegg and then 3 days later I got an email stating that they no longer carry the product that I ordered. If this was the case then why would you not contact newegg and have them remove the listing instead of keeping it up for other people to run into the same problem?

I previously rated OttoNavi low due to the lack of an installation manual and because the sound/GPS system did not work well. I contacted their tech support and downloaded updates that now have the system working great. I would give them a 5, but they still need a manual and it took awhile to get the update thing all running right.

Rating + 2 Ottnavi gps/radio for Toyota Tacoma

This is a nice looking replacement, but my experience was marred by the lack of an installation manual and a skimpy and incomplete user manual. It is still not working right, likely due to incorrect installation as a result of no manual, and there are controls I have yet to figure out that are not in the user manual.

    Before emailing or contacting a customer service representative, please have the following information:

    • Item or Order#
    • Make, model, year and body style of the vehicle
    • Full description of the problem (PICTURES MAY BE ASKED FOR TO SHOW PROOF OF PROBLEM)
    • Part number (located outside the box usually on the label)
    • Customer contact information (if not already provided)

    All returns require a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#) issued by a customer service representative. If a package does not have a RMA# written outside the packaging box, return dept will refuse the package and all incurring charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, and we must receive it within 30 days of purchase. 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Due to being an electronic item, once opened or installed it can no longer be resold as new. Therefore, customers will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee. No refund after 30 days. Store credit or warranty will be credited accordingly.
    No Exceptions.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
