Rating + 1 Absolutely awful

Ordered from Newegg 7/12, received shipping notice 7/18, received USPS notice 7/19 that it was picked up in Brooklyn then nothing. I waited till Aug 1 before trying to investigate. Newegg is impossible; no phone, chat is never online. I contacted the seller (Outdoor Shopping) via email 8/2, they responded promptly, investigated then offered refund or reprocess. I asked for reprocess expecting fairly quick response but waited 6 more days (8/8) and nothing. Again, I sent email and they responded that it would ship tomorrow (8/9). Will I ever get it?

For some reason, my order was canceled with no notice. I still do not know why. My money was refunded, but the lack of communication as to why is the reason for the low rating.

Horrible shipping times. I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping and I didn't receive my items till 14 days later. THey still mailed it out via snail mail GOOD LUCK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Rating + 1 In Stock, not in sotck, ordered, refunded, then shipped, but not shipped

I bought online showed in stock. Called me next day to say not in stock, 6 weeks to order. Asked for immediate cancel and refund. two days later got a credit card charge and shipping notice, Then a refund later. Shipment still shows in transit to my location 2 weeks later with postal service. Phone calls to customer service could not tell me anything I couldn't already see on the website. No communication allowed with third party seller and newegg could only email communicate with them. Still never resolved with me what happened.

Rating + 1 Paid for 2 day shipping, got standard mail

I ordered a Standard Horizon HX870 6W Floating Handheld VHF Radio w/Integrated GPSStandard Horizon - HX870 over the weekend seeing as how I needed it by Thursday morning the following week when I was scheduled to leave the state. Got an email on Monday saying "It has been shipped." Tuesday afternoon I got curious and looked at the tracking history and found that it had been marked as standard shipping and the product was shipped via ground from the otherside of the USA and would not arrive until Monday the following week. Contacted Newegg and all they would do is "Try to contact the seller to get my shipping fee back," instead of figuring out a way to get me the product I ordered by the date I needed it.
After reading multiple similar reviews I am quite astonished that Newegg would continue to do business with this supplier. Well, guess Newegg would rather choose them over the loyal customer I was, I won't be shopping on this website anymore.

Rating + 1 Package disappeared along with mail truck 6 days ago

Ordered small item on 3/28/2016 ,,, the item left Flushing, New York postal facility on 3/31/2016. That is the last record anywhere of the package.

Today is April 5, 2016.

So, seller has my money. USPS apparently has lost a mail truck. I have nothing but a receipt.

Seller offered no assistance, and tells me: "We've had problems with this facility before."

Well, that's really comforting to know ... I guess.

    Do You Accept Returns/Exchanges?

    We do except returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund for shipping in either direction unless we sent you the wrong item or we sent you a damaged item. Please message us for the return address. Do not just ship the items back to the address on the shipping label you received with your order.

    Which Items Are Non-Returnable?

    We cannot accept returns on items that have been washed or where the tags have been taken off. Boots must be returned in their original box and must have never been worn once. Some items, such as swimsuits and underwear, cannot be returned due to various state or federal laws.

    I Received The Wrong Items What Do I Do Now?

    Please contact us at through our contact us page. Just message us right away if this happens and we will be quick to respond to you and provide you a return label to have the items ships back to us. We will have the new items shipped to you right away.

    How Long Does Returns Take To Process?

    All returns to our office take 1-2 weeks to process. We try our best to process your returns as fast as possible.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
