Don't buy from them. They not only did not send what they were supposed to, they never responded to my contact email.

Ordered a ski bag. Sent me the wrong product. After multiple requests through email and Newegg over the last month I still have not received any response from Outdoor Shopping. Newegg has also failed to help resolve. Very disappointed.

The only thing I care about when ordering a specific product is that it comes as described (new), and that the shipping happens in a timely fashion.
This seller has accomplished both of these tasks.
Would and will do business with again.

A picture of an item did not exactly match the model number and description. I noted this in a review and without prompting Outdoor Shopping offered replacement including shipping labels. Can not ask for much better service than that.

Rating + 2 Got what I ordered

They are fairly quick to respond to emails. I waited 5 days and hadn't heard anything, so I emailed and said either send my order today or cancel it. It sent that day. Not sure if this was coincidental... Regardless, 5 days to ship seems excessive. Will find another vendor in the future.

My item was ordered on 02/02/2014. It supposedly shipped. Yeah right. Where is it at ? It's now 02/12/2014 and I still haven't received it or any so-called tracking information. Time for Newegg to give me a refund and remove this seller.

Rating + 1 Package Lost

After 10 days of waiting on a 5-7 day shipping delivery, I contacted USPS and Newegg. My order "was originally lost and than reprocessed in transit; and is currently on its' way to you. Tracking should be updating by tomorrow" (Responder to my claim). Sounds like someone is covering their mistakes; I bet I would have gotten the same response if I had made a claim a few days from now. Completely unreliable and not worth the aggravation. If you are ordering anything but computer parts, use another seller.

RMA Policy
    Do You Accept Returns/Exchanges?

    We do except returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund for shipping in either direction unless we sent you the wrong item or we sent you a damaged item. Please message us for the return address. Do not just ship the items back to the address on the shipping label you received with your order.

    Which Items Are Non-Returnable?

    We cannot accept returns on items that have been washed or where the tags have been taken off. Boots must be returned in their original box and must have never been worn once. Some items, such as swimsuits and underwear, cannot be returned due to various state or federal laws.

    I Received The Wrong Items What Do I Do Now?

    Please contact us at through our contact us page. Just message us right away if this happens and we will be quick to respond to you and provide you a return label to have the items ships back to us. We will have the new items shipped to you right away.

    How Long Does Returns Take To Process?

    All returns to our office take 1-2 weeks to process. We try our best to process your returns as fast as possible.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
