No would not recommend your vendor misrepresented item and is still on your web check out advertisement.
12 pack of c02 only received 2 pack do not expect you to do anything so i will not recommend newegg or use myself
you need too get rid of that vendor and rectifie result of sale thru NEWEGG. still advertizing item and not getting what
buyer's expect outfitter country represent's you ?????????

Rating + 1 Discriptions Misleading (supposed typos) Over Priced

Ordered the Box of 6 flints, only got 6 flints for $8+(not the 6 packs, and the 40 oz lighter fluid turned out to be 4 oz. and that was $8+ also...
They told me it was a typo on the flints, well seems odd that the same flints had another complain about the same thing on a much earlier purchase they had made... and I could see a typo, but both items having typos? Get Real...
Requested a return and they supposedly sent me a RMA ( twice) and never received the RMA.
Then they stated that NewEgg must have removed it...
Will never do business with this Company again...
Went to the store and got a 4 oz lighter fluid for $2.50 and the flints for under $1...
If you want to pay the high dollar and wonder if you are going to get what you ordered, order from them...

Rating + 1 Not what I expected

Purchase was for an item listed in title and overview as containing a dozen of the product. Item received was only for one of the product (not the twelve that were ordered). Outfitter Country responded quickly, reported the item was listed in error, and offered a return. Good customer service but I do not trust this company in providing what is ordered.

Seller is NOT reputable. Listings are likely erroneous. If listing in error for buyer favor , they WILL NOT send merchandise and request you to pay for return shipping despite their mistake. Will never do business unfortunately with Newegg either as they allow these type of merchants to use their website. Sad business ethics

I had to exchange my item with another one. The seller responded promptly and professionally to my requests and questions, and able to send me the exchanged item within 1 week time after they received the returned item. Very nice!

Things to be aware are: you need to pay on your own for the return shipping; and for refund (not exchange), they have a 15% restocking fee. However, those are clearly explained in their return policy in their website.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
