Rating + 1 My Villano bike recently orderex

I have no problem with the bike but the tires were verified to have been seno dysfunctional by 3 separate bike shops and I would like some sort of compensation or reimbursment. This defect almost caused me personal injury in an accident as I am a bike delivery person. I can send pictures of the defective tires if necessary but this is unacceptable. They were unridable and unaslvagable after 2 weeks.

Rating + 1 Vilano TEMPEST 20" Folding Bike Shimano 6 Speed

Totally disappointed by this product. The seller shipped a damaged bicycle. Dents on the frame piece, gears faulty to the point it can cause a fall. What add insult to injury is that the seller then expects the product to be shipped back to them better than how they shipped to me. I had to pay $70.68 out of my pocket for a terrible product. Seller, which is Outlet Stores, has yet to reach out to me to offer a partial refund on the return which is fair in my opinion. A terrible experience and I will never buy from Outlet Stores.

The bile arrives dented and without assembly instructions. There were also no instructions to adjust brakes and gears...

RMA Policy
    Returned items must be returned in new condition and in the original box. If the item has been used (worn tires and/or tool marks) a 15% restocking fee will apply. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
RMA instructions

    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
