I ordered a motherboard from OutletPC and the title of the item said it was a revision 3.0. What I got was revision 1.0 which is listed as a separate product on the website at $35 cheaper. I tried to contact the seller and they did not respond. Still trying to figure out how to resolve this issue.

I got a 4-pin din type connector instead of a projector along with sever of my friends who order this as well. DO NOT ORDER from this seller!

I've always been scared to order from a non newegg sold/shipped place, but OutletPC really reassured me. I got my product the same time as when I got my newegg products.

Rating + 1 Beware

12/28/16 - The installation manual states the AMD components are available FREE OF CHARGE from the "EK Webshop and Partner Reseller Network". OutletPc is listed as belonging to this group. See for yourself.
Wow. OutletPc failed to mention that.

(Update: After reaching out to the manufacturer, I discovered this item does not come with AMD components without specifically asking for them. On their site you have to check a box indicating you desire AMD mounts. So there was nothing wrong with the packaging. The problem was the item description clearly states universal mounting and the pictures clearly show AMD components along with Intel components. Nothing in the description states no AMD components. This led me to believe it came with both mounts. After several emails back and forth, this vendor has stated they will change the listing to reflect what is actually offered.)

I've never had a problem with Newegg, but this product was not sold by Newegg. This buying experience turned out to be a fiasco. I bought a EK Waterblock, which is supposed to come with adapters to mount to either AMD or Intel motherboards. My particular purchase was shipped with only Intel brackets. This was not the sellers fault. It obviously won't work like that so I needed a RMA. What could be simpler, right? My initial email explained the problem and requested an RMA. Instead of the reply expressing condolences and offering a RMA, the reply asked me which socket I was planning to use this waterblock on?? What? What difference would that make, since I had very clearly stated the problem? The next email said they had looked themselves and basically insulted my intelligence by insinuating I didn't know how to look in a box. After another email that basically said "we can't find your email", I've had enough. This has been going on for five days now. My patience has run out. Now I'm at the point to where even if I somehow get a RMA, I'm not sending it back. I'm afraid it'll disappear and that will be it. I will continue to purchase from Newegg, but no more third party purchases. Zero eggs.

Rating + 1 Avoid this seller or you will be sorry

I ordered a power supply that was supposed to have the necessary power cable included. I got the power supply but no cable. I informed the seller and they sent a 3-prong 120 volt cable not the 12 pin ribbon cable that was supposed to come with the item. I informed the seller that once again they had their heads up their posterior. I got an email from them telling me to send them a photo of the cable I needed. If I had the cable to photograph I would not need them to send me one. They obviously do not know anything about the products they sell. Do whatever you have to do to avoid these people.

They sent this part out USPS First Class in a sealed envelope. Unshockingly, it was crushed upon arrival. Sent it back to them and waiting to see what they say. 9202 0901 1043 4800 0242 29 is the tracking information. It was delivered today, so waiting to see what they say.
