PC Rush billed my credit card on Nov 10, 2015, and as of Nov 19, 2015 they finally got around to notifying USPS that they have an item to ship. If I get the item eventually, it will be the last one I order from PC Rush.

Rating + 1 Printer Order

I place a order through Newegg from one of there marketplace resellers 3 working days later still no information on order fulfillment I contacted PCRUSH about this order and was told it didn't exist in there system by customer support. I then contacted Newegg customer support and waited on hold while she contacted PCrush customer service to get the same response as I had received NO order in there system. Was told by Newegg they would cancel order and watch system, also received email to this. Finding this out my customer canceled order so now I didn't need printer. By some miracle the order must have appeared because that night order shipped and my credit card was charged. it is now my responsibility to refuse this order and wait for week or longer to have my money refunded to CC. Not happy at all with PCrush technical support and at this point have serious doubts with Newegg marketplace. Newegg was much better when they fulfilled there own orders you could depend on prompt shipment.

Rating + 1 5 star customer service?

We got a headset for our Xbox from these guys. I don't usually have any issues at all with newegg, but this third party vendor not only gave me a problem, but were unreachable by newegg as well. Tried to cancel the order because it took 4 days to charge and process it, however they must not have gotten the e-mail and their call center had you going in circles, all voicemails were full.

When we cancelled the order, we ordered the same headset through Newegg (they were out of stock at time of original purchase), Newegg processed that day and was in the mail that day.

Would not suggest this seller.

Rating + 1 Unwilling to RMA shipping damage

An order came in with obvious shipping damage. Had to request the RMA several times and get a newegg rep involved to get a response from the seller. Then got an RMA "approval" from PC Rush, but no call tag. Days later was informed I needed to submit pictures of the product damage, intact box, and measurements before they can issue the RMA. It was 10 business days before we were emailed a call tag with return instructions. Do not buy from third party sellers!

RMA Policy
    If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase return the unwanted product within 30 days from the original invoice date. Product returns subject to industry standard 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement cost deducted from refund for open consumable items such as toner, ink, printheads, batteries and media.

    Defective items are eligible for repair/service or exchange directly through the Original Equipment Manufacturer at no cost to you.
    Please contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer for warranty entitlement policies. Returns due to technical malfunction can only be accepted on items diagnosed defective by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's Technical Support Department.
    Product returns result in unavoidable shipping costs paid to freight carriers and restocking or handling fees charged by the manufacturer. These charges provide no benefit to and are entirely beyond our control. The Customer Care team stands ready to assist with manufacturer's warranty service, exchange and repair if any item proves defective.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
