Rating + 1 Parts Seller is the WORST

I began the RMA process within the 30 day window. They did not respond to that. Don't try to call them, the phone number listed is not answered. Event NEWEGG's Email attempts to contact them go unanswered; and so far Newegg is not helping me past sending emails. How can this Marketplace seller still exist in Newegg. I have bought many thousands of dollars of products from Newegg and been satisfied until NOW. Newegg has hung me out to dry on this one. I have no respect for their selection and follow up on these Marketplace sellers. BTW, gave them one egg only because I can't give them less than that. This is probably all for naught, because I don't think Newegg has the temerity to post this. So here's to you, NewBeg.

Do not buy from this seller takes 3 weeks for something in stock to get to you ! Then when you return it they claim that they never received it ? Not worth the headache buying from them plus Newegg won't help you out either so watch out buying from there third party sellers :-(

    Return Policy: All buyers may return any items in the acceptable condition within 30 days. Unopened and unused items in their new condition returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. No items can be returned if they are used, damaged, scratched... All items should be kept in their original condition.
    The refunds are subject to evaluate restocking fee which is charged for 15% to a buyer for returned items. The restocking fee includes cost for commodity materials, shipping labels, and labor. Always feel free to contact us for any question! We will always be happy to assist you.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
