Listing on site indicated two parts (same item) were included. Upon receipt, only one part was present. Sent message to seller, no response. For this specific part I have no complaints, price for part was fair; my only issue was the original purchase agreement indicated there were two pieces for the purchase and if that is the case, the seller should revise the listing for accuracy.

Newegg description used LG logo, LG part numbers and picture of LG dryer roller. Parts I received were generic aftermarket. No response to several emails to PartsAway and Newegg hasn't been much help yet.

Rating + 1 Dishonest

Seller said this part was genuine whirlpool and had a pic of genuine article- It was a LIE!!! sent item with cheap glue , not OEM glue. I could have gotten this same aftermarket item and cheap glue on "THE" auction site everyone knows for $3 less. I only bought because seller had pic of genuine item and stated it was genuine which it definitely is not. Now this seal wont stay on my dryer for 20 years like the present one has that was put on with genuine whirlpool glue that dries and sticks in seconds. this junk isnt dry 24 hours later!

Order a part for my refrigerator. It came on time. When I installed it, i realized that it is not an exact replacement of the original broken part. It is one inch shorter. So I requested for a return and asked to see if they can tell me model number of the correct part. One week passed, no answer. I then requested a second request, three days passed, still no answer. Tried to call their customer service number. No one answered the call and no voicemail. Hard to believe a company like this. They only sell but don't serve if there is anything. Stay away from this company.

Rating + 1 Late shipper and didn't respond to message

Shipping label created on 8/10/15 and never left their facility. I inquired on 8/18/2015 as to what was up and got no response. On 8/21/2015 I disputed the charge with PayPal and magically my item ships the next day after PayPal notification of dispute. It's 8/24 and should deliver tomorrow per USPS tracking. An apology would have been nice if they simply made an error. Communication is king and you get an F-.

Wouldn't buy from again. Not worth the aggravation.

received wrong i from vendor. contact by email on 7/6 and no response as of 7/9. Newegg also try to assist to resolve the issue but with no resolve due to lack of response from vendor. Do Not order anything from Parts Away. Not a professional company. Save you money and look some other place.

Rating + 1 Received with Postage Due

Ordered a appliance bulb and choose free shipping. Package arrived with $2.05 postage DUE. I refused the packaged and asked for a refund. NewEgg customer service helped get me the refund. The most frustrating thing at all is the seller NEVER answered a single email from me. I would give ZERO eggs if possible.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it in the original packaging within 30 days of placing your order. All refunds are subject to evaluation and restocking fee.
    No refunds or warranty claims will be issued for items without original factory packaging, missing components, used, installed, mishandled or tampered with in any way. Exceptions will be made only if the mistake occurred on our end.

    Electrical Items

    Opened Electrical Parts including, but not limited to (Controls, Timers, and Switches), and Gas parts cannot be returned and do not qualify for refund. Exceptions will be made only if the mistake occurred on our end. We only sell new factory sealed parts for wholesale price and do not offer warranties. We do not resell installed electrical parts and previously used parts are disposable for us.

    Partsaway has a strict duty to you, the consumer, to not sell you any Electrical or Gas Parts that has been used and or installed.

    ?Defective Item

    All defective items must be reported within 30 days of purchase date and sent back under the buyers expense for direct exchange only.
    PartsAway will not ship two parts for single payment. However customer can expedite exchange process by purchasing same item from PartsAway and return defective one for 100% refund.


    All defective item claims are subject to evaluation. Item will be examined by a specialist to determine and conclude its originality and usage. Factory numbers will be matched and compared. Items damaged due to improper installation will not be refunded.

    Restocking and item value recovery fee.

    All refund are subject to evaluation and a minimum 15% restocking. Restocking and recovery fee consist of packaging (label, box, padded envelope, packing slip), labor involved in processing refund, item resale value loss, and other costs associated with preparing your order for shipment and restocking.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
