This is the first time I've used one of the vendors associated with Newegg, and I doubt I will again. I ordered The Shiseido Lip Crayon in LC2. What I received was a crinkled, obviously opened LC2 box with an LC1 crayon inside (scraped up).

When I brought this to their attention, they asked if I wanted a replacement product or a refund. (If they'd had the product in good shape, wouldn't they have sent it to me?) I asked for a refund.

Send in the RMA refund request to Perfume Emporium on 9/14. Still waiting.

Received an email with a tracking number that turned out not to be correct. Called and received the correct number and tracked it "to the door". Product was correct and delivered in a timely manner. Will buy from them again.

I ordered a product on 3/8. It was summarized and acknowledged on 3/14. On 3/15 I received an email stating my money was being refunded. There was NO comunication or explaination of why. I searched a long time to locate this product. This is an example of really shabby business. I would never do business with nor ever recommend to anyone.

Rating + 1 Unwilling to fix their mistake

They sent me the wrong perfume. Their return/replacement policy states that in cases of return/replacement, you are to include a note about the reason for the return, how you want it handled, and pay for shipping yourself. I included a note that said, "You sent me the wrong perfume. I would like the one I ordered and my shipping charges refunded. Your replacement policy is bu!!$hi+ Shelley O'Brien."

There was no phone number to call, or really much more information offered when I was trying to figure out how to handle this. I cannot believe that a company would be so arrogant as to expect me to foot the bill for their mistake.

My money was refunded. And I am still without the perfume I ordered. Which is not how my note said to handle this situation.

I have been buying this perfume from Perfume Emporium for the last 6 years. The last two purchases (including this one) have had to be online via Newegg, because they no longer sell the big bottle in the mall stores.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 60 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit card. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all opened or used items.

    If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Send via US Mail, UPS or FedEx and DO NOT require a signature. Include a Delivery Confirmation or tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
