Rating + 1 never received my item.

It's been a month and I'm yet to see my order or a refund. There is a tracking number but the post office says they never received it. I've attempted to contact the seller twice and got no response at all.

Shipped my Giorgio Armani cologne fast and was cheap. I can't speak to the authenticity of the product, but it smells good and has got me many ladies so far(and by that I mean my girlfriend kissed me)

I placed my order on Feb. 5, fully expecting to receive it by Valentine's Day. The company says it's been "shipped," but US Postal Service says it hasn't received it. Nor have I, as of Feb. 16!

Awful experience.

I never got my item and it was a nightmare trying to get in touch with customer service. I'm NEVER buying ANYTHING from Newegg EVER AGAIN!

    We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Just send any unused item back to us within 30 days of ORDERING in the original packaging and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorization. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or INSURED priority mail! Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
