- A RMA Number is needed prior to returning any products.Customers may return products for refund or replacement within 30 days of invoice date. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued on product purchase price less shipping; there are no refunds on shipping charges. If there was no shipping charge on the customer’s original order (Free Shipping) the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. When returns are received for replacement exchange, we will apply the refund amount to the replacement product. Any credits will be applied back to the customer as a refund. If the replacement exchange refund does not cover cost of replacement product, customer is responsible for the difference. Shipping charges may apply to replacement exchanges. There is no restocking fee on orders returned for refund or replacement.
