Avoid this company at all costs, I ordered on Dec. 7th and after several emails was informed my package was lost. On Dec, 18th I was offered a replacement or refund. After asking for a replacement I did not receive a reply. I sent several more emails that went unanswered and finally on December 29th I was told that they had already issued a refund. Strange thing is that I'm still waiting on my refund. I've read several other reviews that seem to indicate the same type problem. BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered my 5 year old's first electric guitar, which was to be a special gift from Santa this year! He has been asking for one and I couldn't wait for him to be surprised.
Well, imagine my surprise when we come back from the supermarket one day and there on our front porch is the electric guitar! It had been shipped to us with NO OUTER CARTON. It was the regular manufacturer box, with the artwork and pictures of the guitar all over it. My son was happy to see a guitar sitting in front of our house, but I was mortified because it could not be a Christmas present now! This was a very irresponsible way to ship the item for a number of reasons. 1. Items should be shipped with some sort of outer carton for protection. 2. Everyone in the world can see what it is. Since it was left on my doorstep while I was not home, it is just screaming to be stolen! 3. Somebody at this company should have realized that at Christmas time, they were potentially ruining a surprise for a child.
Seller Response:All items we sell are shipped inside a corrugated box for protection. Fedex damaged the item you received and they removed the outer box upon delivery. None of the contents were damage but the driver discarded the packaging. We have filed a claim with FedEx for such incident.

I was suggested AT2020 microphone by a friend which I promptly bought at this store. Unfortunately the product page was improperly labeled and offered almost nothing in the way of technical specs, so there was no way to tell whether it was the XML or USB model before actually receiving the item. When it arrived I discovered that it was the wrong connection type. When I tried to get a refund however they refused to take any responsibility responsibility even when I pointed out that they didn't label the item properly. After a few days without success I was feeling pretty ripped off but to top it all off they wouldn't even send the microphone back.
I lost over $100 and I don't even have a microphone that I could have given to someone who would have actually used it. As said in the title, it was a very unsatisfying experience

I have been told twice that my refund was issued and I still have not gotten my money back!! Tired of the run around!

Emailed to see where the case was after days of waiting for the tracking info to update after no response I called, was told by Manuel they were out of stock and my money would be refunded and should be back in my account in 2-3 days. That was 7 days ago, still no refund. Got an email the day after I called in response to the one I sent saying that the cases didn't have wheels as pictured so they were inspecting them and would ship them within 24-48 hours. I found it rather shady that I got two different stories and an email saying the case would ship the day after I was told I'd get a refund. No case, no refund. I'm one very, very unhappy customer.

The refund process was completed, at the end it was good, seller kept in contact by mail during all refund process. I still consider to buy at playmusic123.com in my future orders.
The refund process was fast after they know really what happened, the shipping status added more confuse to my order. But I'm satisfied now. Honest seller. Thanks, Julio S.

Be carefully about buying at playmusic123, my item never was shipped to me and I had called, and called and cannot have my money back.
it's a pain getting your money back. I'm still waiting for.
