Rating + 1 Incorrect product, and difficult return experience

The seller made two mistakes when fulfulling my oder. First, they did not provide my apartment number to the shipper, so delivery failed. Second and more importantly, they sent a mobile phone which did not match the advertised specifications (wrong model name, model number, OS, and chipset).

When I requested a return and full refund, it took approximately one month for it to be fully processed. They required that I open the sealed device package to retrieve a serial number (shouldn't they have this? they sent it to me ...) even though this is against their own RMA policy. Their process for sending the return label involved tricking the Newegg messaging system into allowing an email address through -- shouldn't the RMA process just go through Newegg? They initially refunded me only the subtotal, then the shipping amount, and eventually told me that only Newegg could refund the sales tax, so I ended up with three separate refunds.

Overall, I would not recommend this seller.

The advertisement stated "Set of 3", they shipped me one and closed the order. I still have not received the other two from the vendor.

Rating + 1 No communication

Tried to cancel the order before it had been shipped. Pricebreak failed to reply to both us and Newegg. Pricebreak then requires an order number (specific to them) in order to submit a return, but at no point is that order number given. I will update this rating only if Pricebreak breaks their silence.

Long-story short... I ordered an item from Pricebreak through Newegg. I was not satisfied when I received the product, so I used the Newegg order-history interface button to "Request RMA from Seller." Pricebreak did not reply, so after a few days I tried to submit again. Pricebreak did not reply again, so I started a support request with Newegg and emailed Pricebreak directly using the order-history "Email Seller" link. Newegg quickly offered to contact Pricebreak; however, Pricebreak replied to my direct email... which leads me to believe that maybe PriceBreak did not receive the RMA requests I submitted using the NewEgg order-history interface button to "Request RMA from Seller" (since Pricebreak responded on the same day to my direct email). Anyway.... once we were able to connect, Pricebreak quickly provided me a full refund. Thank you Pricebreak for your excellent service. Thank you Newegg for offering to assist if needed. 5 Stars to You Both !!!

They shipped me the wrong item. I have been trying to get a refund for 25 days now. So far NewEgg has opened 2 call tickets that both take 7 business days each. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
