I ordered the battery packs for my cordless phones on a Thurs. night and received them via USPS on Tues. The Items were in perfect condition and exactly as described on Newegg. I'm am very pleased. Thank you.

Rating + 1 Dishonest and uncommunicative.

I bought an item that in the description said it was a quantity of 12. I was delivered a quantity of 1. I contacted Newegg who in turn contacted this seller requesting that I be sent the other 11 items. Pricebreak's response was that the 12 quantity meant that 12 files could be stored inside the item, which was a banker's box. So they said the price was for 1 box that could hold 12 files. Their item description is misleading and dishonest and if you look at what is pictured, it clearly shows way more than 12 files in the box. Also $15.95 for one box is just plain ridiculous and anyone who shops for these types of boxes knows they come in some type of multi pack and are not sold individually. When I contacted Newegg customer service again they pretty much took the seller's side of things and now I am forced to request an RMA and spend over $12 to send back one $15 box because this seller refuses to accept that the description is wrong and misleading and will not pay for return shipping for their mistake. I will never do business again with this seller or Newegg ever again. Of course we will see if this even gets published on Newegg's website. Whether it does or not, I will be posting this terrible experience all over the internet on as many websites that I can find to do so.

The item I bought was misleading by the main picture and description. Not once did it say it was not a Samsung made filter. Very upset and cant return because my old filter has been out for a week. I could of bought this model of filter for cheaper elsewhere.

Rating + 1 Honestly I agree with the others

They were fast and quick on shipping. However after discussing some issues with Scott, their customer service rep, I can only conclude that Scott is a moron. I contacted them about the fact that what I bought did not come with a power adapter. It is noted on the box I received that you must use 4 triple A batteries. The listing for the item omitted the requirement and only states that it is compatible with triple A batteries.

Scott's response, the AC adapter was not listed nor do we sell them. Scott does not address the fact that one does not expect an electronic item to come without at least a power cord. Nor does it come with batteries. This isn't a toy your buying for Christmas. The listing for the item is dubious, their responses, equally so. I wouldn't recommend.

Rating + 3 A Frustrating Start with a Timely Outcome

I ordered a CX750M power supply from Corsair from this company 4 days ago.
After not having my account charged, I was frankly a bit peeved. I sought to cancel my order for wasting my time, but instead, they went ahead and sped through the process.
I don't know if my power supply is in-fact shipped out, if it was done to coddle me, or in fact was just a misunderstanding. Once my product is received, I shall update my review.
But until then, I must say that they did a bang up job on resolving the situation, though it did mean my wishes were disobeyed. But after all, I had stated that my time was the issue, and perhaps they sought to rectify this.
I advise this company to listen to what their customers in the future have to say, obey their wishes (when feasible), and to update their shipping progresses a bit timelier.
Even though it did work out in a way that I find favorable, the next person might not.
I was originally going to rate this review with a '1' but their actions changed that
