Rating + 1 Failed Delivery

I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from "prime" scuba. Was promised delivery by a certain date so I could take an underwater case with me on my trip to Hawaii, and it showed up late. Try to return it for this reason? And you will be the one paying the shipping - pathetic. Look on Yelp as well to see what others are saying...

I ordered some safety sausage dive markers for my dive trip on July 19 2013. They didn't arrive until August 3 2013. 16 days after I ordered them. I had to buy them on the island, oh and learn.

Called and paid extra for 2nd day air to receive package in time for trip. They told me on the phone it would ship that day, but it did not ship that day. Wasted the $24 for 2nd day shipping.

Rating + 1 Don't Buy From This Vendor

Also ordered the GoPro Hero 3. It hasn't arrived and the tracking number says it's pending delivery from vendor to the UPS store. Don't buy from this vendor, I am filing for a refund and cancellation of this order.

Rating + 1 Terrible customer service and lies!

Ok so I ordered a GoPro Hero3 Silver w/ caselogic bag and suction mount on 11\23\12. I called that Sat. (11\24) because NewEgg's status was saying it was still in "order verification" and the service rep. told me that it should be resolved and shipped out the following Mon. or Tues. (11\26-11\27), ok, so I waited. Next time I call, which was Mon. 11\26, I am told I'm gonna have to wait through the entire week and "possibly" it'll be shipped out NEXT Mon. (12/03/12). They give me some lies then that Black Friday had messed with the order when I ordered it on 11\23 yet EVERY website this item is listed on (it's listed on multiple big name websites as 3rd party, Newegg and Sears for example) as IN STOCK. Now I'm told to wait til next Mon. for it, maybe, for it to be shipped.

I asked if she could give an upgrade to expedited shipping and she said no, but I can get a refund if I "don't want to wait". I wasn't accommodated at all.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
