Rating + 1 Does Not Respond

I ordered a Finevu Pro Full HD dash cam from them. Within 8 months, the internal battery became defective and would not print the proper time stamps onto the video recordings.

Contacted them on 10/25/14 and almost two months have gone by and still have not received a response to assistance on getting the internal battery replaced. Unfortunately, the two batteries inside are soldered into place and can't simply be taken out and replaced at a local battery store.

No response to a past customer seeking help on a product you sell = customer will not return to do business with you.

Avoid this seller and purchase your product from a more reputable source.

Rating + 1 Never again

I know I rated them 5 stars only recently (and I will NEVER review again for NewEgg as there is no way to edit old reviews. Customer unfriendly).

I liked this seller so much I ordered another item from them. Wrong one shipped and seller went MIA, unresponsive to multiple email contacts. I had to get NewEgg support involved. A huge hassle and worse I'm now 3 weeks behind on my dash cam project because of this. Never again.

Rating + 5 Great products, responsive service

I ordered the Lukas LK-7900 ACE. Loved a number of things about the buying experience:

1. It's a great product. If you're looking for a dash cam, you won't be disappointed.
2. I was pleasantly surprised to get a 16GB SD card when the item I ordered advertised only 8GB
3. Order processing and shipping was very fast. I had it on the 2nd business day after I ordered (although it helps that the seller and I both are located in Northern California)
4. I placed a second order and made a mistake with the item I ordered. The seller cancelled that order at my request so I could correct it.

I'd definitely order from them again. And I have.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
