Pros: none

Cons: well, i bought this computer on November 27th 2014 and from the beginning it had problems, in the middle of a game the sound would distort and crash my computer, skype also froze and crashed my computer, but the real kicker was when i moved it and it wouldn't bring up my "home screen", so i called cyberpower's customer support and told them my problems, they said they'd fix everything *note they said they'd take care of my skype and sound crashes*, so i sent it to them and after about three weeks i got it back, they did a "system check" and replaced my hard drive, they didn't do anything about skype or my sound crashes, instead they messed up my computer more and i can't return it and get a refund cuz that only lasts for 45 days. Before i sent my computer in it was actually able to play games (before the no homescreen situation) and run them decently until it crashed, but now i can't even check facebook without my computer crashing, they didn't fix my problems they only made it worse, i would stay away from this product if i were able to do it again

Pros: I wouldnt know, I cant use it.

Cons: Dead machine, unresponsive customer service, basically stole my money.

Other Thoughts: Oh boy, do I have a horror story for anyone wanting to do business with Newegg and CyberpowerPC! I purchased a configurated system from CyberpowerPC via Newegg the day before Thanksgiving 2014. It showed about two weeks later and I was excited to test it out. The only hitch was that when it powered on it wouldnt display anything. I called CyberpowerPC's tech support and they walked me through everything they could come up with before determining that the Graphics card it shipped with was bad (do they test these things??). I had to pay a shipping fee to return the bad graphics card they shipped me and wait for the new card to arrive before I could use my machine. It was one month from the time of purchase until my new card arrived and I could power it up. Immediately I started experiencing random system crashes. Hard crashes all the way back to the startup splash screen. Again, I could tech support and tech support trouble shot it over the phone without figuring out what was wrong. They wanted me to send the entire system back. I told them I wasnt paying to do that, that they should have sent me a working system and if it isnt they should be on the hook for any shipping related to repairs. They agreed and sent me a prepaid UPS label. Apprehensive about getting stuck with a lemon I contacted Newegg before shipping it off to find out what my options were. Newegg washed their hands of the machine saying that their 30 day return period was up (nevermind that I couldnt even use the machine to determine if it worked or not within that time). Wanting a working computer I took the chance and sent it back to Cyberpower PC. That was in mid January. They still have my machine as of Feb 24). I have called them numerous times to find out the status of it. The first time they sent me an email saying that they basically replaced everything in the machine and were testing it. A week later after not hearing anything I called again. I was told they would escalate the case and call me back in five minutes to notify me of what they found out. I never heard anything back. I called back two days later and was promptly hung up on by the customer service rep handling my RMA. I called back and she apologized saying she would escalate my case and call me by the end of the day to update me. I never heard back from anyone. Two days later I sent them an email notifying them that if I didnt get word by the end of the following business day that they were sending me either a working computer or a refund in 7 business days I would pursue legal action against them. That was a week ago and I still havent heard a word from CyberpowerPC. As it stands I am pursuing legal action against them and possibly Newegg. I wouldnt recommend doing business with either of these companies. I know I never will again.

Pros: It runs amazingly on everything , fast boot up, and here are my parts i picked - 1 x Cooler Master Storm Devastator Keyboard & Mouse Combo

1 x 250GB SSD Boot Drive + 2TB 7200 RPM Storage Drive
1 x AMD FX-9590 4.7GHz and Gigabyte 990FX Motherboard (Require Min. 600W + Liquid Cooler)
1 x G.Skill 16GB DDR3 2133MHz (2 X 8GB) RipJaws-X
1 x Microsoft Windows 8.1 64 Bit - OEM
1 x Corsair 750 Watt CS750M 80+ Modular Power Supply
1 x AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB Video Card (Require Min. 600W Power Supply)
1 x 120MM Closed-loop Liquid Cooler

Cons: The only problem i have facing right now is that it leterally freezes at random moments, when i was in a skype call 2 times or so, and 2 times when i was playing skyrim on medium resolution

Other Thoughts: I want to say its perfect, but im having problems and I want to know whats going on and if i can fix it, ill give almost any info if needed so i can get help

Pros: The options are great, You know whats going into it and pick what you need, not what they want to sell you, I've had mine for over a Year now and haven't had any problems with it, it came in 2 days before it was suppose to, set up easily, ran great on first boot and every sense.

Cons: Monterboard/CPU combos are lacking.

Other Thoughts: Just wissh there where better MB/CPU combos

Pros: Looks nice, no damage during shipping, got here when they said it would

Cons: It wont turn on. Power supply is making a nosie which, which i presume it recieved power, but it will not give anything else power.

Other Thoughts: Im really disappointed that i spent $800 on this and it dsnt work the first time. Care should be taken when building to make sure it works and wont come loose during shipping

Pros: It looks nice.

Cons: Constant crashing.

Other Thoughts: Since I've owned this machine, it's crashed constantly. I've sent it in twice now,(paying out of my own pocket) and each time, the problem persists. I don't know what passes for QA there, but clearly their standards aren't high. Absolutely not worth the money. I would've returned it for my money if I could have, but now I'm subject to their warranty. Rest assured, Cyberpower, I will actively turn people away from your products.

Pros: Decently priced, plenty of options, major brand actually means major brand, all my parts are higher quality than I was expecting.

Cons: Keyboard keys feel a little weird, almost like a few are sticking, haven't noticed any issues other than the feel.

Other Thoughts: Pc came a week before I was expecting it, so can't complain there, I was a little irritated when the windows key wasnt correct and couldn't find it anywhere, after a few emails tech support was able to get it straight. Service was exceptional. I was really worried with some of the comments here, but they were very professional, and my pc is just fine.

Pros: This computer works well for anything besides gaming which is what I bought it for.

See: con

Cons: Any game that was made somewhat recently runs for about 10-15 minutes and then the whole computer freezes - requiring a hard restart. I can´t play games on this gaming computer.

Other Thoughts: Your customer service doesn´t work for me either.
