Tech Level: somewhat high - Ownership: less than 1 day

Pros: Inexpensive, usually reliable brand.

Cons: Stick arrived and only half worked. Tested it on two machines and it was only recognized as 512mb instead of a gig (both in Windows and in BIOS).

Other Thoughts: Disappointed that the stick was half dead (or mislabeled, whatever the problem ends up being). I'll be contacting Corsair for a fix and will re-review once I get a working DIMM.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: You could go with the $80 chips, but this one has been rock solid for over year. Have used it on multiple motherboards and AMD CPU's.
