Real leather, nice wooden case. The straps are easy to remove since they have a little switch/latch that you press with your nails. Makes a great gift. It also feels solidly built. Cons: Invicta is not a big recognized brand that I know of. Other Thoughts: I bought this as a birthday gift for my best friend but I thoroughly inspected it before giving it for fears of what it looked like. At first I thought it would have a cheap feel but it did not. It is a rather bulky watch so watch out for that if you're not into it. My friend has been using it constantly and has actually gotten the hang of changing the straps (something I thought we would NOT be into). Did you find this review helpful?
