Other Thoughts: After a lot of research I decided to go with a Citizen Eco-Drive, then it was deciding on a style. I selected this watch due to the simple style and easy to read numbers. I'm self employed and typically wear casual to business casual attire and this works well with all dress styles. I'd feel very comfortable wearing it with a suit or shorts and T-shirt. I'm not a fan of chronograph faces; they are just too busy, and I can't read the dials anyway. I like the simple, yet stylish look of this watch. It is not a very bulky watch, like many of the watches are these days. I have larger than average wrists, and the size is perfect. If you have small wrists, it may be a bit big, but that's based on your preference. I don't like spending a lot of money on watches, but like a nice looking, quality watch at an affordable price. This watch fits that bill just right for me.

I haven't owned it long enough to give any feedback on the eco-drive, but I'm excited about the prospects of not buying a replacement battery in a few years. Some reviewers have complained about the band, but I like the band. It is very comfortable to me and seems to be more comfortable the longer I wear it. I like the water resistance to 200m, but quite honestly I'll never do any scuba or water sports with it on, but is is an added bonus for those that might. It has the screw down crown which helps prevent water getting in the watch, so this is definitely a great feature for those who shower with a watch on, jump in a pool, lake or ocean.

If your eyes struggle reading small numbers, like mine, then the date may be a bit too small for you to read. I use my watch for time and not date necessarily, so that isn't a deal-buster for me....but thought you should know.

Overall, this is a very comfortable, stylish watch that I'd recommend to anyone.

Pros: Five year warranty, easy reading face, screw down crown, heavy case construction, good lume on face, EcoDrive storage cell is warranted for life of unit by Citizen.

Cons: Cheap strap, second hand does not hit markers, date is too small to read.

Other Thoughts: I ordered an after market super oyster bracelet for the watch which is better/cheaper than the SS OEM you can order from Citizen.

Pros: Sleek simple and rugged styling

Cons: Cloth band is OK, but does not really go with the watch - I replaced it - the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

Other Thoughts: This is my second Eco-Dirve, and they are great. Since I do a lot of water sports, I replaced the band with a rubber one that looks more appropriate anyway.
