Changing batteries, scratched lenses (sapphire crystal), always having to update time for DST, updated the calendar... Could not be happier. Great newegg partner (THE WATCH LOCKER). I have seen and held an authentic watch from the department stores, so I know what a real eco-drive feels like. What showed up from Inventory Adjusters was the same thing but 20% less than what I would have paid for it at the department stores. I am happy with the product and have confidence it is the real deal. I ordered Sunday night and it arrived on Thursday in CA. Typical fedex ground service. Came in the original box, original warranty card from Citizen, with a certificate of authenticity/1 year warranty from IA and a copy of the basic instructions. You can look up more instructions online. I haven't checked out all the features yet but I'm sure they work.... Cons: No instruction booklet. Did you find this review helpful?
