Cons: The watch's bracelet was unusally small and did not fit an average size wrist. the description of the watch on another website had the band at 8" but the one in my posesssion was around 5". not sure why. Other Thoughts: Ashford was unable to exchange the watch because it was not directly purchased from them but they did not hesitate to offer an RMA and a refund. However, newegg simply refunded the purchase price. I was sad to send it back because I really liked the watch.
