Steps for Application:
1. Apply the nail polish slowly onto your nails.
2. Wait five to seven minutes for your nails to dry.
3. Once you're sure your nails are dry, apply clear nail polish.
4. For quicker drying, put nails in cold water.

For Glow-in-the-Dark Polish:
4. Activate underneath a light source for ten to twenty seconds.
