Pros: This one is very stable right out of the box. The controls are accurate and effective. The trim control is effective and controlled flight is fairly easy, really. Others I've tried would never stabilize.

Cons: It takes a second to stabilize on take-off. There is a bit of a learning curve for flying this, so it may not be good for small children. Altitude is affected when adding control input for forward, reverse, or turns.

Other Thoughts: It's easier to land when the battery is drained - so fly it around until it won't climb anymore, then land. I have 20' vaulted ceilings in my living room so I can fly it low and high. I have not been able to make it hover in one place. It is biased toward a little forward momentum.

Pros: Easy to fly and take care of. Looks good. Not expensive.

Cons: Small gears don't stay in place. After 2 days of flight without crashing, rear drive gear fell out. After replacing, it doesn't stay in place causing craft to crash.

Pros: They look great and are extremely detailed.

Cons: They do not fly. I bought two of these and neither one of them will fly. I own more than a dozen small choppers of varying makes and models and these are the only two which do not fly. The rotors spin but they will not take off.

Other Thoughts: They do look great and so I have both of them displayed. Oh well, you get what you pay for!

Pros: Easy to setup.

Cons: Very poor quality. This thing worked for a WHOLE two hours, then it just scooted across the ground. If I could give it fewer eggs, I would.

Pros: Looked cool.

Cons: Purchased as a gift for my father (yes he is a big kid at heart). It would only hover about 6 inches from ground. The battery lasted at best 5 minutes between full charges. After 2 days it died completely. I will look into returning this item but I suspect the hassle and expense is not worth it.

Pros: Got this as a gift for fathers day....he loves it...he crashes it into the walls and ceiling all the time and it doesn't leave marks of break

Other Thoughts: Cats have even batted it out of the air and its no worse the wear! I'm impressed.

inferred takes a while to sync up

Pros: Good for price. They gave extra blades with purchase.

Cons: Pieces started falling off right away. Takes awhile for helicopter to. Recognize the remote. Soemetimes when the gas is off, it still flys. I have bougt competitors helicopters for a dollar more and blew these away. That is what I am comparing this to.

Pros: It's cheap...and everything is included. Looks cute.
Managed to fly it inside and outside in spite of the fact that it uses infrared as a connection. Controls are decent.

Cons: Barely has enough power to fly. Have gone through several fly/recharge cycles and it won't lift off the ground now--its spinning mightily but no joy. Piece of junk.

Other Thoughts: Spend the money on a real 'copter. Even at the close out price it really wasn't worth it.
