I haven't run into any trouble so far. I bought this for use with my Alesis IO Dock until my friend pointed out thati could midi over USB from the USB port on the dock. Oh well, now I have an extra cable. Cons: There weren't any instructions in the package, but I figured it was self-explanatory. Did you find this review helpful? Pros: The midi plugs are labeled for both In and Out. It does exactly what the package says it does. I haven't run into any trouble so far. I bought this for use with my Alesis IO Dock until my friend pointed out thati could midi over USB from the USB port on the dock. Oh well, now I have an extra cable.
