Cons: It squeaks. The color runs. My white uniform shirts all have black stains on the collar. It has a very strong chemical smell. The sleeves are too short. It tried to work the squeaks out in the dryer with softball. That's what Google recommended. No luck. Do not buy this jacket. Spend the extra $150 and buy a quality jacket.

Cons: You get what you pay for. The jacket squeaks a lot. I googled how to get rid of the squeaks. Dryer, no heat, with tennis/softballs. It did not get rid of the squeaks. It also has a very strong chemical smell. The sleeves are too short. And the color runs. II'm a pilot. I wear white uniform shirts. They now have black marks all over the collar. Go to LL Bean and spend the extra $150 and get a quality jacket. That's what I ended up doing anyway.

Pros: Nothing but the name.

Cons: As one review mentioned, the material seems to be synthetic and not real leather.

Other Thoughts: I tried to return by follow Newegg instructions, unfortunately I was totally ignored.
My first bad experience of Newegg since over ten years.

Pros: Horrible quality and even more horible customer service. Despicable people. Liars and crooks that misrepresent their product and the terms of their warranty and return policy. this company has no redeeming qualities. I cant think of any possible scenario where they might have a return customer.

Cons: Everything about the transaction. Rating system doesnt allow zero stars.

Pros: Solid construction and heavy gauge leather with good insulation. I read the feedback on this jacket and took note of sizes running small and sleeves being a tad short so I ordered a size larger and was glad I did it fit perfect! This jacket is a real bargain at $99.00 and FREE shipping!!!

Cons: The leather treatment and hide tanning chemicals were shall I say a bit "loud" so I decided to put the jacket on a hanger behind my office door and let it "air out" on a hanger in my office for over a week and it helped reduce the odor. One-egg taken off for the "chemical odor" factor...sorry.

Other Thoughts: The side snap-pockets openings could be a little lower as they are not real easy to open and access things like car keys. The more I get used to their location the easier this will become. Also, the side pockets are real a stretch to reach since the other pockets fill the space where the open pockets might have been better placed...not so much a con just a "user adjustment" to placement.

Pros: Excellent jacket! Fits perfectly and was exceptionally well packaged-- the best I've ever experienced. Looks much more expensive than it was.

Cons: None!

Pros: I like the jacket very much. It fits well on me. It has a great look without spending a great deal of money.

Cons: It is taking a while for the smell, which I'm not fond of, to dissappear. Other than that, I love the jacket.

Pros: As I Mentioned earlier it has an incredibly stylish look, has a feel of a true air force jacket.

The leather is not as bad as I mentioned but still cheap, regardless, for the price which it went for; 100$, it is worth it..

Customer service followed up and promptly issued an exchange for a double XXL, the representative I got via email seemed to understand the problem and handled it right away after the long stress I had to go through so I will lift my rating..

Cons: - Even the XXL is like a large, very minor difference in size bt. XL and XXL, that was still disappointing. People will have issues with it, if you are a XL go for the XXL it will still be smaller then needed but you will be able to live with it there, anyone bigger then an XL should contact them for the upper sizes.

- leather is not of upper level, it is moderately cheap, but never the less the design and feel of the jacket compensates for that in some way, put it this way it is Leather and feels like it.

Other Thoughts: It's a tasters choice, if only they got the size right I would give it 5 stars considering the price. I was extremely frustrated with the exchange process, having to go through 2 weeks of not knowing if they even got it, and reaching out repeatedly to be recognized, but I thank the rep. that finally got it right. It's a good Jacket for the price and I will amp it up to 4 stars after being treated properly..

- horrible customer service I have sent it in for an exchange via priority mail on Dec 26th and it hasn't even been processed yet (Jan 9th) read below.

Other Thoughts: I called the company and a female representative picked up, with very little common sense or respect for her client. I called to find out about the status of my exchange which I submitted 2 weeks prior to my call, and after 2 weeks, not only did she not know whether or not they received it, she didn't even know if it was processed; after 2 weeks! And it was sent priority mail. Then she went on rambling on how they may not even have the size available anymore and couldn't even tell me if the size was available so I could request a refund. I told her; well, why couldn't your company at least verify me via email and let me know the status AT LEAST, she said that she had no control over contacting the warehouse and this is a supposedly a "small business and they can't keep track of the amount of orders. Really? Then why keep them available?: Afterwards she told me that it will take up to a month for me to even know whether or not I will get an exchange or a refund. This is one of the most unprofessional company's I have ever dealt with. A disgrace to the U.S vets looking for a purchase. This company has no respect or common decency to even notify their customers, I mean at least tell me you got it and it will take a certain amount of time, they simply don't care. You hear about people getting sizes way smaller then what they are, well now u know that exchanging it, is even worse than a line for food after a storm. Horrible support, and service. Just a disgrace to pride themselves as a U.S company. My order number was 235178. I hope that if I get this replacement, that this gift will satisfy my little cousin who wanted to emulate my authentic air force leather jacket, who has been waiting for this quite a while. And that, that will compensate for their poor service and reinstate some positivity at least in my mind. I don't know who these people are and I don't wish them anything bad, but if you think you will get an exchange, think twice and be ready to wait a minimum of a month, some of the poorest service I have ever came across. I don't like bashing companies and love giving good reviews even if its quality wasn't as good, but there service just destroyed my whole opinion on everything.
