Cons: When the bag arrived, we immediately noticed the bag was not balanced. The bag seemed collapse to its left side. We thought it was due to how the bag was packaged and stored and it would go away over the time. But after one month use, the bag is still the same. I lift the bag with it's top middle handle, the top part of the bag, and the top pocket lean towards the left. So if I put this bag on me, the bag looks it is leaning off the left side of my body, instead of stay in the middle. it looks ridiculous. cannot explain why, all the strap are proper attached.... I contacted their customer service and I have never heard from them. also, the lower pocket zip is bad designed. It often opens by itself. Did you find this review helpful? Bag's actual capacity is 27 liters and the laptop compartment is very well padded and can easily accommodate 16.4" laptops instead of just 15 inches. I own a thinkpad t520 with extended 9 cell battery and it fits in very well with some extra room available. Main compartment is nothing fancy but is very roomy and can easily hold 3 text books or even more than that. The top pouch is designed to store pens and other things but I use it to carry the 90 Watt laptop charging adapter while pens and other things goes in the front pocket. Zippers are sturdy and the zip is leak proof while the bag in my opinion is made from 600 denier ballistic nylon material. Shoulder straps are comfy with minimalistic design. Overall, I believe its a bag that is designed after giving lots of thoughts. And, finally Neweggs shipping is super quick. I went for free 3 to 7 business days shipping option but I got the bag on 3rd day at my door steps. Very satisfied by the product and with the shopping experience which allowed me to use $20 coupon on this product without any hassles. Cons: None so far. Did you find this review helpful? Main compartment is roomy enough to store my collapsible umbrella, laptop charging brick, full size keyboard, and a large wool peacoat without any zipper strain. Laptop pocket is great for mass transit to prevent zipper-breaking thieves against which a laptop in the main compartment is vulnerable. Straps are well shaped and comfortable. Cons: None.
