Pros: Worked great for 1 week and 5 days.

Cons: On day 13 it started blinking off and on and off and on.

Other Thoughts: I should have just bought a new tv and saved the money. I put the old lamp in and it worked just fine. Only a little dark. A word of advice...buy the original from the original manufacturer.

Pros: bought this to fix a TV i found in a dumpster. perfect match to the original part + it came with the wrench and instructions on how to handle and install the product. I just hope it lasts.

Cons: none so far.
