Cons: BULB DIED AFTER 6 WEEKS. I RETURNED IT FOR A NEW ONE AND HAVE BEEN WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR IT TO COME.
I WOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Pros: My order shipped right away, so fast shipping. The order arrived in good condition and was the correct item. The bulb worked. So far so good.

Cons: The new bulb did brighten up my Samsung DLP TV. Enough so that I was satisfied. That was November 2012. But by the end of March 2013, the screen was darkening again! Rather than the hassle of going through customer service since the picture was so bad, I just purchased an OEM bulb for $25 more than what I paid for the ShopJimmy bulb and now have a bright screen on my DLP that is a joy to watch.

Other Thoughts: I researched ShopJimmy and read that they take OEM bulb housings and put in genuine Philips bulbs to resell. THought that would be OK. No, it really wasn't. The problem was that the picture should have regained it's original brightness, but it was only a mild improvement and 5 months later it was dark again. You pay for what you get. I wouldn't buy the ShopJimmy brand again.

Pros: I managed to refrain from smashing TV to bits trying to figure out what was wrong.

Cons: This should be labeled Piece Of Junk not OEM. It is not a genuine bulb. Philips is the real deal. Died after 46 days. Spent 2 days troubleshooting TV because I figured there was no way the bulb could be dead. I was wrong. Lots of stress. More money to ship it back for replacement.

Pros: Fast Shipping- Lamp works- Fixed my shutting off issue I had with Samsung TV. Picture looks better and brighter so far.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: I was an idiot for not doing this sooner. But I am extremely glad i got a good quality lamp at a good price and with newegg it is always fast shipping.
