This review is from: BOSCH GCM12SD Sliding Compound Miter Saw,27-1/6 In. L
Pros: Smooth action, quiet function. Left or right handed safety makes dealing with crown molding cut setups a non issue. All working adjustmets can be made out front [no need to flip it over to access hardware like some other manufacturers do to you]. Breezed through the maple I was working with nicely, and best saw I've owned to date.
Cons: Slightly heavier compared to some due to articulating arm design, but top notch performance makes that a worthwhile tradeoff.
Other Thoughts: You will need to square it up just slightly on arrival. Zeroing the miter should have been possible with included allen tool [it fit perfectly when making bevel adjustments], but found it slightly undersized compared to set screw heads that lock down miter to set zero - used one of my own wrenches, and good to go.
