1 out of 5 eggsPoor connections, annoying features

Pros: Platronics brand
the case recharges the headset

Cons: Let me start by saying that after using it once I arranged to return it to the store, chopped up packaging and all...
1) packaging: After 5 minutes of playing nice I had to hack into it with a knife
2) Bluetooth connectivity was poor: phone on left hip, headset on right ear --> breaking up. Moved to left ear --> much improved
3) features activation relies on some awful goal of seeing how much can be done with a single button:
a) turn on: hold for 2 seconds
b) turn off: hold for 4 seconds. Really!?! FOUR seconds!?! I'm sure that, if I'd kept the headset , I'd have left it on accidentally often, only to find it had no charge when I later wanted to use it.
c) Mute: one second to turn on or off; again, one second of silence is very long when someone on a call beckons you to respond. I'd ALWAYS be hearing "John..............you on mute?"
d) Mute acknowledgement: a tone (or something) once every --- wait for it --- 15 MINUTES! So after being on mute for a quarter hour the headset will remind you. How about 20 seconds instead of 15 minutes. Really, why bother with a reminder at all if I'll be left wondering for 15 minutes. That's ridiculous.
e) there no interface with any voice dialing. E.g. "call Mom, home phone" can't be made to work.

Other Thoughts: As I said, I was so very disheartened that I returned it after one use, despite my expectation that I'd have to pay restocking and for packaging. Thankfully the merchant (iSave via Newegg) did me right: full refund. I then bought the Motorola HX550 for half the price. It does everything right: flip-boom for on/off, easy mute on/off (though I'm having a bit of trouble with that now)....
