Pros: Very tough cover, has openings in the right places for the iPad

Cons: 1. You have to take the keyboard out of the holder to expose the micro-USB port to charge!
2. The latch is very tough to open, my girlfriend can't open it (pro and con).
3. If you type a left side comma "(", it puts a ton of garbage characters where you are typing every time. Very repeatable problem.
4. Quite heavy.
