Why pay $250 for a dock when you can buy this for $130? I've bought about 5 of these for use with Surface Pro 3 and other high end ultra books, not a single issue. Make sure you install the Lenono driver or it won't work!! Cons: Install driver for it to work (duh) Wish it had HDMI, but DVI + Analog audio is same Did you find this review helpful? Once the driver is installed, everything just works. I'm using this on a Surface Pro 3 and its much cheaper than the MS dock. Gigabit Ethernet is fast and DVI connection shows no artifacts or lag @ 1080p., crisp and clean. Usb ports also laser fast.
